It’s a mobile station designed for sticky or moist materials that are difficult to pack into bulk bags. It also serves you perfectly with dry and free-flowing product.

The station is quick and easy to deploy on site, even at difficult terrain conditions. Use it at the plant, bulk handling facility or truck loadout facility for continuous or occasional bagging duty. Perform weighing, crushing, screening, bagging and sampling operations – all in one location.

Fill up to 300 big bags per 8-hour shift, protecting the people and environment from hazardous materials. Our patented solution has proven its bagging reliability outdoors in rain, snow and dirt.

On site you will get 24/7 availability with minimum or no service times regardless of outdoor temperature.

The product can be administered into the station through a conveyor belt or by a wheel loader. Screening prevents big blocks of particles entering the bag.

The material is weighed as it fills the bag. When the station is equipped with an automatic sampling device, the device captures a desired amount of sample from the material flow during each fill.

After filling, the bag is moved into closing and sealing where it’s labeled with weight, date, time, serial and lot number, optionally with a docket for product information and warning entries. Barcode, 2D code, 3D code, RFID or NFC tags can be attached to track individual bags throughout the logistics chain.

The full bags are moved into a warehouse or directly into the transportation vehicle.
